Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or applied.
Important Note on User Error
We provide detailed step-by-step instructions and helpful video tutorials to guide you through application. Because of this, we cannot issue refunds or replacements due to application mistakes or user error (for example: improper curing, incorrect sizing, or accidental damage during application).
How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@elkii.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll reply with a return authorization and instructions.

Ship the item back to us within 7 days of approval. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or defective.)
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If the product was defective or we made an error, we’ll cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and sale/clearance items are final sale.
