Processing Time: Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. At checkout, you can choose from:

Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days.

Express Shipping: Estimated 1–3 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or public holidays.

Standard Shipping: Flat rate calculated at checkout.

Express Shipping: Additional cost calculated at checkout.

Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders over $70 AUD.
Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with an Australia Post tracking number and link.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.

If the address is incorrect: We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If the package is returned to us, we can re-ship it at the customer’s expense.
Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact Australia Post using your tracking number first.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged, please email hello@elkii.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you promptly.
International Shipping
At this time, Elkii ships only within Australia. (Stay tuned—international shipping may be added in the future!)
